New policy for returns:
As of April 1st, we will not be accepting returns of merchandise purchased more than 90 days prior. To process a return, please follow these directions:
Enter the product number into the computer.
Explain to the customer that without a receipt, no return can be processed.
Look up the purchase date and make sure that it is within the 90-day period.
Call the manager to approve the return.
