We may collect your personal information from another individual acting on your behalf, such as a teacher providing us with student email addresses to invite the student to create an account with us for purposes of utilizing our products or services. You can decline to participate and request that we delete your personal information at any time.

  • Log Files - Like many other Web sites, uniontestprep.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user‘s movement around the site, and gather demographic information. When you access the site using a mobile device, we may collect information about the type of device, the device ID, and type of mobile browser. IP addresses and similar information are not linked to other information that is personally identifiable. This data is collected automatically as part of the standard operation of the site.

On a regular basis we delete stale user records and the data associated with those records. The following are examples of the types of records we delete:

  • User records created more than 60 days ago who have yet to confirm their email address, have no purchases and have received at least one confirmation reminder.

Payments

In the event we provide paid products and/or services to you, we may use third-party services for payment processing. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. For Parents of Children under the Age of 13

The categories of Personal Information we collect include:

  • Personal information categories listed in Cal. Civ. Code – education, credit card number
  • Commercial information – products or services purchased, obtained, considered
  • Internet activity – browsing history, search history, information on interaction with a website, application, advertisement or email

  • Sensory data – audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory information (?)

We obtain these categories of Personal Information directly from you or your agent, and directly and indirectly from activity on websites we control. We have collected and disclosed these categories of Personal Information for a business purpose within the last 12 months (see “How We Use and Share Information” above). We do not sell, and within the last 12 months have not sold, Personal Information to third parties. California residents wishing to submit a verifiable request to exercise their right to access or delete their Personal Information in our records can do so (up to twice within a 12-month period) by requesting via email (info@uniontestprep.com). For your protection, we will need to verify your identity or authority to make the request. We will respond to a verifiable request within 45 days of receipt. Please note that your right to deletion of Personal Information is subject to certain exceptions by law.

We do not sell California resident Personal Information to a third party, and have not done so in the past 12 months. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights under California or applicable law.
