Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question about our website that you don't see answered here?
Contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Our practice questions, study guide, and flashcard study material is all 100% free to study online. Our free content is ad-supported. You can support us and study without ads by upgrading your account.
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to answer individual questions about each and every problem. However, you can find help through our awesome community! Please visit the Discussion section of your exam to ask a question. (If you're feeling generous, you can also help out others by answering their questions.)
When you find an error or issue with a problem, please select the 'Report a problem' button for that question and we will review it as soon as possible.
While we make every effort to create practice questions similar to what you will see on test day, they are likely not the EXACT same questions. Why? Testing companies do not release the current versions of their test questions, because students could simply memorize answers and effectively, cheat. On the bright side, our practice questions will be the same style, construction, and difficulty level of the questions you will encounter on your test, so studying is very much recommended!
All of our writing is done by staff writers so we do not accept guest posts.
Visit the Practice Test, Flashcards, or Study Guides for your exam and select 'Download'. Once you've signed in to your account and purchased downloads for your exam, you can return to the Practice Test, Flashcards, or Study Guides page to complete the download.
You'll need to sign in to your account to access the account upgrades you purchased for an exam. Your account upgrades are available only for the exam you purchased. A separate purchase is required to upgrade your account for another exam.
We offer a few ways to make a payment: Credit or Debit Card, Prepaid Card (like a Visa® Prepaid Card or Prepaid Mastercard®), Apple Pay on Apple devices, Google Pay on Android devices (Google Pay will allow you to add PayPal as a payment method)
Please reach out to email@example.com and we’ll assist you with any questions or issues with your purchase.
