How do you solve a system of linear equations by graphing? What do 0, 1 and infinite solutions represent?

Graph the lines of both equations. The point of intersection is the solution. Lines that do not intersect have no solution. Lines that intersect once have 1 solution. Those that are the same line have infinite solutions.
