Attention Kitchen Staff:

All glass and aluminum recycling will now need to be separated from general trash. Please follow the new directions listed below.

• Separate any glass or aluminum containers from the other waste.
• Empty and rinse all glass and aluminum containers prior to disposal.
• Put glass containers in the green bin by the back door.
• Put aluminum containers in the blue bin by the back door.
• Other trash and waste should be disposed of in the black bins, as usual.
