After you complete your ISEE essay, you will need to review it for a number of things, including errors in grammar, usage, punctuation, and capitalization. You will only have a few minutes to do so and knowing what to look for can help speed up the process. Use these flashcards for a quick review of some of the types of errors you should be able to spot in your own writing.
In this math section of the ISEE, you will need to know mathematical terms, so we’ve created these flashcards to help you review some of them. This will help you commit the basics to memory and have that knowledge handy when taking the test.
Note: You do not need to know how to convert units of measurement as that information will be given to you if it is needed to answer the question. The exception to this is the conversion of metric units within a standard, such as meters to centimeters, etc., which you will need to be able to do.
The ISEE math sections are all about what you’ve learned in Math, so far. It will be helpful if you can remember the related terms and concepts. These flashcards can help with that! Go through them and jog your “math memory” a bit before taking the ISEE. It will save you time during the test and perhaps take away some testing stress!
The Reading Comprehension section of the ISEE may ask you to use your knowledge of literary terms and methods of understanding what you read. While you’ve had all of this in school, it can help to review and jog your memory before the test. Use these flashcards to refresh your understanding before your ISEE experience!
When you take the ISEE Verbal Reasoning test, you will find questions that either assume you know the meaning of a word or ask you to give the synonym of the word. These flashcards can help you review some of the vocabulary from the lists on which the ISEE questions are based. Get a little extra practice here on words you need to know!
