Back
rhythm
Explanation:
Rhythm instruments are used to mark the beat and the tempo, without needing to worry about pitch. When rhythm is mastered, melodic instruments can be tried.
- Rhythm instruments include drum, triangle, and block.
- Melodic instruments include recorder, xylophone, and flute.
- Chording instruments include piano, guitar, and autoharp.
Not every instrument falls neatly into a single category. For example, a piano is both melodic and chording.
