*   Condition of wheel and rim (Properly aligned.  No missing, bent, or broken lugs.)   
*   Condition of tires (Properly inflated.  Valve stem and cap in good condition.  No cuts, bulges, or excessive tire wear.)   
*   Lug nuts (No streaks of rust.  No shiny spots.  Not loose.)   
*   Hubs (Properly filled with oil, and no leaks.)
