Explanation:
The names of holidays are proper nouns, so they should always be capitalized. Labor Day is the official name of the holiday. Also, be careful to sound out longer words as you write to be sure you include all parts of the word. This month has three parts, or syllables: Sep-tem-ber. The incorrect spelling only includes two parts and leaves out the middle tem.
