Explanation:
Guests who are highly allergic can suffer allergic reactions by cross-contact. For example, your customer is highly allergic to shrimp. Something as simple as using the same set of tongs or frying their order of chicken in the same oil as fried shrimp can cause them to suffer an allergic reaction.
