There should not be an apostrophe (’) in hers.

Apostrophes show possession, but only when they are attached to the correct type of word. In this sentence, hers is a possessive pronoun. That means that the possession the apostrophe would indicate is already present in the s at the end of the word. No apostrophe is necessary. The same is true for its, his, and theirs.
