presentation
Explanation:
Art is not viewed in a vacuum. Things to consider about presentation when displaying paintings and 3D objects vary.
For flat art, considerations include:
- whether it is framed or not
- the kind of frame (fancy, plain, color, gilded)
- the height of art from the ground
- lighting (from the top, front, or back; natural or artificial light)
For three-dimensional art, considerations include how it is displayed:
- on a plinth (a base used for displaying 3D art)
- in a cabinet
- mounted to the wall
- suspended from the ceiling
- with lighting
