20 \(cmH_2O\)
Compartment syndrome occurs when pressures in the abdomen rise above 20 \(cmH_2O\). This causes compression of the internal organs, causing decreased perfusion and tissue death. Other symptoms of compartment syndrome include increased CVP, increased ICP, decreased CO, and decreased GFR.
