Mean is the average of a list or set of numbers. Median is the middle number. (50th percentile) Mode is the most frequently-occurring value. Range is the difference between the highest and lowest values in the set or list of numbers.
The arithmetic mean is solved by adding all the numbers and dividing the sum by how many numbers there are in the list or set. The Median is determined by arranging all the numbers in the list or set in a decreasing or increasing order. The middle number is the median. In case there are 2 middle numbers, the median is solved by adding the two numbers and dividing their sum by 2. The Mode is found by inspecting how many times the numbers in the set or list occur, and the number occurring most often is the Mode. Some sets can have 2 or more modes. The Range is computed by subtracting the lowest number from the highest number in the set or list.
