Whoever Said The Pen Is Mightier Than the Sword….

You’ve probably heard the old expression “The pen is mightier than the sword.” In short, this means that words are a more effective form of communication than weapons and violence. And while we agree that talking problems out is preferable to physical combat, we had to laugh at this quote from 5 star general Douglas MacArthur:

“Whoever said the pen is mightier than the sword obviously never encountered automatic weapons.”
