The ratio of teeth in gear B to gear A is \(\frac{20}{5} = \frac{4}{1}\), so for every rotation of gear B, gear A will rotate \(4\) times in the opposite direction (counterclockwise) to gear B.
The ratio of teeth in a two-gear system provides the inverse ratio of rotations.
