Having trouble accessing your account?

If you have tried creating an account but still have issues signing in, these troubleshooting steps will help you get access to your account.

Did you verify your email address?

When you signed up, we sent you an email to verify your account email is correct. Find this email in your inbox, or you can request another confirmation email below. When you receive the message, press ‘Confirm my email’ and then continue signing in to your account.

Not receiving any emails?

We always try to send email when requested. In some circumstances, it is still possible that you do not receive the email we sent. This may be due to restrictions put into place by your email provider.

Here are a couple options you can try:

  • Ask your IT department
    If you are part of a school or organization, ask your IT department for assitance. Sometimes schools and organizations will block emails from outside services to protect students and teachers. Your IT department can ensure that uniontestprep.com is an allowed email domain.
  • Check your spam folder
    Occasionally, our emails can end up in your spam or junk folder. If you find our email in this folder, remember to mark it as ‘Not Junk’ or ‘Not Spam’ to receive future messages in your inbox.
  • Let us know
    If you are still having trouble, let us know and we will do our best to help you out.

If you are still having trouble, you may find a solution by identifying the error below:

  • Invalid Email or Password
    An account with this email does not exist, or your password was entered wrong. You may need to reset your password or try to sign up again.
  • Email not found
    The email you entered is incorrect or you need to try to sign up again.
  • We sent an account confirmation to your email. Complete this step to sign in.
    You need to confirm your email address.
