substitution method, elimination method, graphing method, and matrix method
Solving systems of equations is an algebraic concept that involves finding the values of various unknowns that satisfy multiple equations simultaneously. Substitution involves solving one equation for one variable and substituting that expression into the other equations. The elimination method involves adding or subtracting equations to eliminate one variable. Using the graphing method, we graph the two lines and check the intersection point for the solution to the system. The matrix method involves using arrays of numbers.
