Explanation:

Understand and be able to perform conversions from both weights and volumes to properly dose medications. There are 1,000 micrograms in a single milligram. Ideally, the practitioner’s order should be written in the correct dosage in which a particular medication is supplied, but this is not always the case. Check and recheck to ensure that the proper dose is given and never give a dose about which you are unsure.
