The following terms are applicable for any products or services that you purchased with us.
If you have any issues or difficulty using our products, please contact support@uniontestprep.com. We want you to succeed on your exam, and we’re here to help.
We're convinced our products will help you earn the exam results you are looking for.
If you purchased any one of our products at the full price and do not pass your test, you may request a refund of your purchase by sending an email to support@uniontestprep.com. Approval will require you to provide proof of your exam results.
Please note that refunds are only available for purchases made at the full price. Purchases made at a discounted rate are not eligible for our money-back guarantee.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your refund request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who have not provided proof of their exam results; or who have not provided proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who have made multiple refund requests for purchases of the same product.
The following scenarios do not oblige us to provide a refund:
- You changed your mind about the product
- You mistakenly purchased the product
- You believed the product was the actual exam and not study material to prepare for the exam
- You bought the product and did not use it
