If you purchased any one of our products and do not recoup your investment in the form of the exam result you want, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your refund request form. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
