3 Ways to Beat Test-Taking Anxiety
If you suffer from test-taking anxiety you’re not alone- and we can help! Here are 3 simple things you can do during a test to help relax when stress begins to take over:

Deep Breathing- Clear your mind and focus only on your breathing. Inhale and exhale slowly, letting any thoughts or anxiety that enters your brain to float away like a bubble.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation: Working from your jaw down to your toes, tense and relax different muscles for 5 seconds, then relax for 30 seconds.

Meditation: If you’re not in a rush, take a moment to shift your focus away from your test. Clear your mind and focus on a positive word, sound, or image. If possible, also close your eyes.
